About Pámpano
Hi, we're Shaila and Jonathan Thomas — the hearts and hands behind Pámpano Coffee!
In 2023, we fell in love with and purchased a historic home in downtown Zephyrhills. As we put down roots in our new city, a dream we had tucked away was reawakened: to open a space where people could gather. Coffee made that possible. It opened the doors — to neighbors, to strangers, to anyone looking for a place to slow down and stay a little while.
The name Pámpano comes from John 15, where Jesus describes Himself as the vine and His followers as the branches. It's a simple picture: a branch doesn't bear fruit on its own — it stays connected, and life flows from there. That's the heartbeat of this place. Everything here is a reflection of what God has done in our lives, and our hope is that everyone who walks through the door feels that too.
We believe the roots of Pámpano are meant to grow deep in Zephyrhills — not just as a business, but as a place that becomes part of the community itself.
For us, Pámpano is more than a coffee shop. It's a place to come in, take a breath, and feel at home. We can't wait to have you!
